Tuesday 18 January
 from 2 to 5 pm, 70£ pp
number are very limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
 
Francesca and Francesca will teach you how to make
 fresh egg tagliatelle and real Ragu’ alla Bolognese
or traditional Tuscan pasta e fagioli with hand made maltagliati (V)
you choose and let us know in advance
bring an apron and wear confortable shoes
 
 
and at the end of the class you can bring a portion for 2 at home with you ready to be served for your dinner,  written recipes and all the tips from francesca’s secret kitchen
